Dominic Del Brocco
EXECUTIVE & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

For over 25 years Dominic has entertained across America. Through performing, directing, coaching, developing talent and leading productions, Dominic has devoted a large portion of his life to Entertainment and the Arts. Originally from Baltimore, Dominic began his career as a performer and went on to spend 13 years working for Walt Disney Entertainment where he delighted guests as a show and parade performer before moving into production, creative and leadership roles.

Melinda Benya
OFFICE MANAGER & EDUCATION DIRECTOR

Melinda attained her Bachelors Degree from The University of Central Florida in English-Creative Writing & Associates Degree in Musical Theatre from Indian River State College. In 2010 she started working for Walt Disney’s Resort in both Operations & Entertainment. For the last seven years she has been performing, teaching & house managing at theatres in Brevard county.

Jerome Carmery
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR & LIGHTING DESIGNER

Jerome is from France with 30 years of experience in live shows, theater, concerts, events and tours. He has designed lighting, sound and video for many productions and mixed live bands & orchestras. In 2019 he moved to Florida and joined the technical teams at Disney World, Seaworld and different performance arts venues like Dr Philips Orlando and Orange County Convention center.
Allie Roggero Shidel
PRODUCTION MANAGER & RESIDENT STAGE MANAGER

Allie received her Bachelors in Music from the University of Tampa where she learned to love the production side of the Arts and Theatre. She previously worked at Theatre South Playhouse as their Office Manager and has been a freelance Stage Manager in the Orlando Area for the last several years.
Alicia Freeman
SCENIC SHOP FOREMAN

Alicia is a recent graduate of Utah Valley University with a BFA in Scenic and Prop Design. They have always enjoyed theatre since a young age and have been involved with many shows including working summers doing carpentry work and assistance Technical Director for Sundance. Alicia excels at learning and adapting to the many nuances that a set may bring to a show.
Jared Sierra
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Jared is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BS in Biology and Minor in Dance. Originally from California, Jared has devoted over 20 years entertaining throughout Central and South Florida. Aside from performing in various musicals and dance shows, some of Jared’s highlights include Walt Disney World parades and shows, Maestro’s Famous Singing Servers in The Villages, and SeaWorld as an animal trainer in their Pets Ahoy show. Jared loves encouraging and developing new talent as he continues to develop his own skill in vocal production, dance, acting, and puppetry.
Chris Fallows
TECHNICAL INTERN

Chris is proud to be a part of this wonderful theatrical community. He first began his journey at the Henegar as Eddie Birdlace in the 2017 Production of Dogfight. Since then, he has worked on over 200 television productions as a background actor, production assistant, and mic operator in Los Angeles. He is ecstatic to begin a new chapter as the Technical Intern for the 2022-2023 Season.
Bean Smith
Master Carpenter & Shop Lead

Marcia “Bean” Smith is the Master Carpenter and Shop Lead at The Henegar Center. She served in the US Army as a Carpenter/Mason and studied theatre at Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Bean has worked with many theatres in Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and Florida. She says “While carpentry is my career, theatre is my passion. I am excited to be part of the new development and production team at The Henegar”.
