To complete a virtual audition, please submit the following to auditions@henegar.org by Sunday, November 1st: 

• – A Current Headshot
• – Performance Resume
• – Roles you are Interested in or/and include if you’re open to any role
• – If you require housing- reserved for out of State performers or (when available) traveling more than 85 miles
• – Any conflicts during rehearsal dates 
• – The General Audition selection from the show (provided below)
• – (Optional) Any additional Vocal or Dance Reel 

Everyone will be asked to sing “Consider Yourself (Reprise) m54-end” for the initial audition.

Callbacks: Once we’ve received your submission, our casting team will email any individuals we would like to attend our in person callbacks and will schedule an appointment at that time. Callbacks will be held on either Sunday, November 8th or Monday, November 9th (6pm-9pm). Everyone will be notified either way by November 2nd. Additional music from the show will be sent upon receiving a callback, and choreography will be taught at the night of callbacks. The first two time slots will be filled with child performers first.

Rehearsal Dates: November 22nd -January 21st (note* there is a 2 week holiday break in rehearsal and there will not be any Oliver rehearsals from Dec 11th – 26th

Rehearsals are generally Sunday through Thursday 6:30pm-10:30pm

(Mandatory Tech Week: January 17th- 21st)

*NOTE* If you have any conflicts for Tech week or any Show Performances, you will not be able to be cast.

Performance Dates: January 22nd-February 14th (Friday- 8:00pm show, Saturday- 2:00pm & 8:00pm shows, Sunday- 2:00pm show)

*we may add additional performances including Thursdays and Sundays at a later date, if needed.*

Compensation: Every eligible actor 18 and up will receive a paid travel stipend at the end of the show’s run. The Henegar Center, when needed, will offer equity guest contracts to members of the union and contracts for professional actors. The Henegar is an Equal Opportunity Theater, and we encourage performers of all ethnicities to audition. Please do not disqualify yourself on the basis of type, race, or physicality.
